As customary in previous years, the Big N is getting ready for the month of love with some gorgeous surprises, so it is time to discover what’s coming and celebrate Valentine’s Day with Nintendo.
Here are some of the highlights that you will find in the love season par excellence.
Godiva meets Animal Crossing & Pikmin
The renowned chocolate maker, Godiva, has released a limited-edition flower-themed collection in collaboration with Animal Crossing.
As on previous occasions, the collaboration between them introduces delicious flavors inspired by the different characters in the Animal Crossing series.
But the good news is that Godiva also launched a lineup of Pikmin chocolate cans as part of its current Valentine’s collection.
The original designs feature some of the main characters from Animal Crossing and cute illustrations of Red, Blue, and Yellow Pikmin respectively.
Sadly, those limited in time editions will only be available in Japan.
Limited edition items in “Animal Crossing: New Horizons”
To celebrate a perfect Valentine’s Day in “Animal Crossing: New Horizons”, you could buy Heart-Shaped Chocolates and Heart-Shaped Rose Bouquets at Nook’s Cranny.
You must hurry up, because those cute items will be on sale for a limited time, from February 1st to February 14th.
Besides, 1,000 villagers who give away some of those loving items to another resident of their island during that period will be chosen by lottery contest to get an exclusive badge featuring Isabelle, Tom Nook, or Brewster.
The Chocolate Fest is back!
The “What’s your favorite chocolate? Dark chocolate vs Milk Chocolate vs White Chocolate” Splatfest from 2023 returns, so get ready to double dip chocolate fans.
The Yobi Festival will be held from 7th February to 9th February, so remember to vote for the theme you want to join.
In addition, 1,000 people who participate in the Festival Match at the Chocolate Festival have the chance to receive a badge with an original illustration of the Splatfest.
This badge giveaway is also available for those who will use the Nintendo Switch Online free trial.
