The wait was truly worth it! Nintendo Today finally revealed the Mineru’s Construct amiibo, just in time to celebrate the third anniversary of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
It’s been over a year since the Nintendo Direct where we first received details about the Switch 2, alongside a long list of upcoming amiibo. While the release originally seemed imminent, it was pushed back several times, only building the hype surrounding the final figure.
And wow, it did not disappoint. The detailing is incredible, featuring articulated arms that allow for dynamic poses. While the Breath of the Wild Guardian featured articulated legs, Mineru’s Construct takes this functionality to another level.

Although not yet officially verified, the scale appears larger than standard amiibo, making this a definitive ‘must-have’ for 2026. Nintendo also confirmed compatibility with Tears of the Kingdom, and as usual with Zelda amiibo, we can expect it to work across multiple titles.
Mark your calendars: release date is set for September 17th.
To keep fans buzzing, Nintendo shared the first images of the packaging, and you can already add it to your wishlist.
