The latest Nintendo Direct just unveiled the long-awaited Grace and Leon amiibo figures from Resident Evil Requiem.
Fans have been eagerly anticipating these reveals. The Grace Ashcroft amiibo finally shows how the new protagonist translates into figure form, while Leon S. Kennedy’s reveal answers years of social media clamoring for his official inclusion in the amiibo universe.
Nintendo and Capcom delivered. Both toys-to-life figures feature clean, straightforward designs that capture the full energy of the characters with extraordinary realism, down to the smallest detail.
The release is currently slated for this summer, though we’ll have to wait for specifics on the official launch date. Collectors are also keeping an eye out for regional packaging details and pricing information.
With the protagonists of Resident Evil Requiem joining the lineup, the door is wide open for future crossover possibilities. One thing’s for sure: “Big N” isn’t done surprising us yet.
