Capcom has officially announced an ultra-exclusive contest for Monster Hunter fans in Japan, offering a chance to win one of only fifteen custom-produced Golden Monster Hunter amiibo figures.
The Japanese company will give away these extremely rare collectibles—featuring Ratha, Ratha V, and Rudy—as part of a new campaign.
Specifically, the company shared the details via the Monster Hunter website and its official Monster Hunter X account.
For now, it has produced only five units of each holy grail from Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection, and only residents of Japan are eligible to participate.
Furthermore, this isn’t the first time Capcom has launched such a campaign. In the past, it held similar contests to coincide with the releases of Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak and Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin.
Likewise, we hope Nintendo might offer a similar global promotion, as we saw with the My Nintendo Ultimate Monster Hunter Amiibo Sweepstakes set.
These three new golden Monster Hunter amiibo are destined for Mount Olympus in the world of the most exclusive collectibles, thus making them a must-have for the most avid collectors.
